Frequently asked questions

You can certainly have multiple user accounts in Piccolo Health with no additional charge. Managing multiple organisations is also supported by the system. This is useful if you work at different clinics, but want to have the 1 user login. The app makes it easy to switch between them.

Piccolo Health supports exporting multiple sources of data, whether it be raw DICOM files, patient reports, images/attachments as well as the ability to bulk exports study’s directly from our reports dashboard!

We support all study types, however you may need a custom template built. We provide you with a set of basic ones upon onboarding.

Measurements will typically populate automatically in your report, if measurements are missing, ensure to contact support so they can investigate this issue.

Opening a study and report side by side is as easy as clicking a button. Whilst in the images tab, click on the “show report” button and your report will open in split screen view.

We support all machines, from all manufacturer. There is a small chance your machine is one we haven’t seen before, and there will be a mapping process needed. We will work with you to map all the measurements into our system.

You can either contact support, or attempt to install yourself. We can walk you through the install process from start to finish via the phone. You can find the DICOM details in the Organization settings under About.

Your data is very safe within Piccolo. We store all data within Google’s Healthcare platform, in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, with backups performed every day. We encrypt all our data at rest, and in transit.

Chances are we already know about it, as we're alerted any time something out of the ordinary happens. But please contact us via our live-chat in the bottom right corner of the app. Make a mental note of what happened, as it will help us debug the issue.

Distributions involve just the finalized PDF. Sharing gives someone a temporary login to view the report and the images.

No, you are only charged for the first finalise. All subsequent edits are free.
